Marianbucur.eu offers this web page, with all information, tools and services available on it, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices contained herein.

By visiting our page and/or purchasing a product from us you become a beneficiary of our „Services” and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions („Terms of Service”, „Terms”), including any additional reference in this document. These Terms apply to all users of this site, including but not limited to users viewing the offer, sellers, customers, merchants and/or commenters.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

WORKSHOPS

Registration for the marianbucur.eu workshops is done by paying an advance. Workshop deposits/advances cannot be returned.
The courses are exclusively for people over 18 years old.

If you have reserved your place on a course with a deposit, the difference is paid at the course venue.

The marianbucur.eu team understands that circumstances may arise in which the cancellation of participation in the course is unavoidable. The advance is non-refundable, but there is the possibility of using it to register for a workshop held at a later date.

In the unlikely event that an event cannot take place, learners will be notified by email in advance and their fee paid will be refunded.

PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES

Webinars and online programs

Marianbucur.eu offers a type of service called webinar. Webinar means an interactive virtual space where we meet online using a computer or mobile phone. Registration for the webinar is done by communicating the e-mail address to be entered in the special database dedicated to the webinar. When you sign up, you agree to be part of this database.

An online program is a series of several webinars, grouped together to cover different topics of interest. Registering for online programs works identically to registering for webinars.

Marianbucur.eu does not assume responsibility for technical failures at the end of users that may affect participation in the webinars. Marianbucur.eu makes available to the participants the recordings of the events to be viewed at a later date.

Online counseling sessions

Marianbucur.eu counseling sessions are conducted online. Payment is made in advance and correspondence related to how to connect online at the time of the session is carried out by e-mail. Payment made for online sessions is non-refundable.

All these services can be purchased by paying by bank transfer, through Euplatesc.ro. For security, we use verified SSL certification. Credit card information is always encrypted when transferred between networks. You can get details about all Marianbucur.eu services at contact@marianbucur.eu.

DELIVERY/RETURN POLICY

Payment is made before the webinar. After the payment is made, you will receive an invitation by e-mail containing the link with which you can participate in the webinar at the specified date and time. Payment made for participation in the webinar is non-refundable.

Later, after the end of the online session, the user will receive the recording of the session on the email address provided during registration.

Obligations of Learners

As a Learner, you represent, warrant and undertake that:

You have read, understood and agree to the pricing policy before using the Services or registering for a workshop.

You are of age. If not, you will use these Services only with the involvement, consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You will not upload, post or otherwise transmit unsolicited or unauthorized advertising messages, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes or any other form of solicitation (commercial or otherwise) through the Services.

You will not post or transmit content or information that is inappropriate, offensive, racist, malicious, sexist, pornographic, false, misleading, inaccurate, defamatory, libelous or violates other laws and regulations.

You will not copy, modify, attempt to deconstruct, reproduce, distribute, publicly disclose, publicly perform, communicate to the public, create derivative works from, damage, defame, mutilate, access in an unauthorized manner, disrupt or exploit in any way the Company Content our Services, Courses or Submitted Comments/Contributions, except as permitted by these Terms or the relevant Instructor, as applicable.

Prices of new products added to the web page are subject to change without notice.

Marketing. Newsletter.
